A space just for you — to talk openly, feel heard, and work through whatever you’re carrying. Supportive, judgment-free, and at your pace.
We move at your pace — and focus on helping you feel more confident, clear, and in control of your life.
— How We Work
Who It’s For
Individual therapy can help with the stuff that’s been building up — and the stuff you can’t quite name yet. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
You’re feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.
You feel stuck in patterns you keep falling back into.
Anxiety is showing up in ways that interfere with your daily life.
Something happened that you’ve been carrying — and it’s still affecting you.
You just want things to feel better, and you’re ready for support.
What to Expect
You don’t have to perform or have the right words. Bring whatever’s there — we’ll work with it together.
Trisha uses evidence-based approaches — including ART for trauma — so you leave with practical ways to feel different, not just understand more.
Therapy moves as fast or as slow as you need. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the work is actually serving you.
Working With Trisha
Trisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma therapy — including the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for clients who want to heal in a more profound way than just talk therapy.
She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use recovery. Her training also includes work with military service members and first responders.
